Delivery Policy
Within one or two working days of your order being received, the items will sent by 1st class recorded delivery, and so should arrive within three to five working days after placing your order.
Please note that goods can NOT be delivered outside the UK.
To change or cancel an order
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact us by phone or email as soon as possible, and if we receive the message before we have posted your goods it will make our lives a bit easier! Please have the order number (which you will have received by email) to hand.
Refund Policy
If a product arrives faulty or damaged, or even if you just feel the product does not meet your expectations, we will refund your full purchase and postage payment on return of the goods. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and ensure the product is securely packaged and returned within 14 days of receipt. A national courier is recommended, as proof of despatch is not necessarily proof of delivery. Please ensure your name, address and order number are enclosed. We cannot pay return carriage charges.

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential and will not disclose it to any other businesses. We will keep it secure and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation. We will use your information only for processing your orders or for contacting you about changes in our products or prices.
